Associate

Emily Edwards represents entities and individuals in matters involving civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal investigations. Prior to joining Schilling Law, Ms. Edwards worked as a Summer Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kutak Rock LLP in the firm’s litigation, corporate, and public finance practice groups.

Ms. Edwards earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in May 2023, and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. During law school, Ms. Edwards served as a Dean’s Fellow for the first-year legal research and writing course, the Projects/Symposium Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal, and a research assistant. She also participated in GW Law’s Rising for Justice Clinic as a student attorney, where she represented low-income clients in the District of Columbia Housing Court.

Ms. Edwards is admitted to the New York State Bar.
